Amber

Amber is inspired by the game Kabuto Sumo. On the box there are multiple golden beetles so this is a warm golden orange colorway.

Game information: Kabuto Sumo, published by Allplay in 2021. This is a dexterity game where you each play as a beetle (wrestler) and use discs similar to how you would when playing a coin-pusher game in the arcade, and you try to push your opponent's beetle out of the ring. This game really dives into the theme by naming each wrestler (which are each inspired by real bugs) and providing them with a special wooden prop that they get to use as their “signature movie” in addition to their discs. The game includes a set of rules that are simpler so that you can play with younger wrestlers.

It is always recommended when knitting with two or more skeins of hand-dyed yarn to alternate each skein every few rows.
